Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a tbazze account holder correctly.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a law or regulation includes amendments to that law or regulation as in force from time to time.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tbazze.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, form the complete and binding agreement between you and tbazze. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

These terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall govern and take precedence in all circumstances.

Section 3

Age Restriction & Eligibility

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active tbazze account:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your location.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly forbidden.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction on tbazze's restricted countries list as updated from time to time.
• You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion from tbazze or from any other gambling platform under a recognised multi-operator self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously been excluded from tbazze for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing tbazze using a device and network connection that you own or are authorised to use.

tbazze conducts age and identity verification (KYC) for all players. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by tbazze will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

We encourage parents and guardians to make use of device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. If you become aware that a minor has accessed tbazze using your details, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold one account only on tbazze. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, tbazze reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any open bets, and retain any bonus funds credited across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Password security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for keeping it confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. tbazze will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): tbazze provides OTP-based 2FA for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this feature. If you lose access to your 2FA device, contact support immediately to initiate a secure account recovery process.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact [email protected] immediately. tbazze will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before notification is received.
• Account non-transferability: Your account, including any balance and bonus funds it contains, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tbazze may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notice to the registered email address.

Section 5

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tbazze processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All channels are subject to availability and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on tbazze:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction across all supported channels.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Source of funds: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded to the originating account, less any applicable processing costs.
• Processing times: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tbazze account within minutes of confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by channel but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval.
• Platform fees: tbazze does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider for details.
• Withdrawal verification: tbazze may require completion of KYC verification and a minimum of one successful deposit before processing your first withdrawal. This is a standard security measure applied to all accounts.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a tbazze transaction without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. tbazze reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of any disputed funds through appropriate legal channels.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on tbazze are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. Where specific rules exist, they take precedence over these general rules for that particular market or game type.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the tbazze system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed — for example due to a network interruption during placement — are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Obvious errors: tbazze reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — including pricing errors, technical glitches, or manifest mistakes — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Match or event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable result threshold is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• In-play betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance by the tbazze system. tbazze may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion — for example, at the fall of a wicket in cricket or upon a VAR review in football.
• Maximum winnings: tbazze applies maximum single-event payout limits which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be paid up to the cap only.
• RNG game outcomes: All non-live casino games on tbazze — including slots, crash games such as Fortune Horse and Mines, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of each round and cannot be influenced by prior play history or external factors.
• Prohibited activities: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other mechanical or electronic means of interacting with the tbazze platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

tbazze's decisions on disputed bet outcomes, game results, and rule interpretations are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8 of these Terms. Players are encouraged to read the rules applicable to each specific game or market before placing any wager.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

tbazze offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback deals, referral rewards, and seasonal tournament leaderboards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions. Promotional terms form part of this agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

• One bonus per household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Registering multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is considered abuse and will result in all accounts being suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in bonus funds being removed from the account.
• Eligible games: Not all games on tbazze contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirement completion. The contribution rates for slots, live casino games, crash games, and sports bets will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Real money vs bonus funds: By default, real money funds are wagered before bonus funds. Players may not withdraw real money funds that are ring-fenced as matching bonus collateral until the associated wagering requirement has been met or the bonus has been forfeited.
• tbazze's discretion: tbazze reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to refuse or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotion mechanics is identified. Decisions on bonus eligibility made by tbazze are final.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

tbazze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information at any point.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or collusion with other players.
• The player is found to be operating multiple accounts in contravention of the single-account rule.
• The player has breached any aspect of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• The player's account has been flagged by tbazze's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems as requiring enhanced due diligence.
• The player has requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools or through a formal request to [email protected].
• tbazze is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons are processed with the highest priority, and access is restricted immediately upon receipt of the request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with international online gaming standards. tbazze operates as an international platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction. It remains the player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
