Deposit Limits & Spend Controls

Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

Sometimes you simply need a short break from gambling without committing to a long-term self-exclusion. tbazze's time-out feature lets you pause your account for a defined short period, during which you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Your account balance is preserved throughout the time-out and withdrawals of existing funds can still be processed during this period.

Time-out requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed early. This is by design — an irreversible short-term time-out removes the temptation to simply cancel the break when the impulse to gamble returns. Once the selected time-out period has expired, your account will automatically reactivate and you may log in again at your own discretion. tbazze will not send marketing communications to players during an active time-out period.

Self-Exclusion Tools

When you self-exclude, your tbazze account is fully suspended for the chosen period. You will be unable to log in, deposit, place bets, or access any game. tbazze offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent exclusion. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances — it is a lifetime ban from the tbazze platform. For period-based exclusions, the account will not be automatically reactivated at the end of the exclusion period; you must make an active request to reinstate your account, at which point a 24-hour reflection period is applied before reinstatement is confirmed.

• Immediate effect: Self-exclusion is applied within minutes of your request being confirmed — there is no delay or grace period during which you can continue to play.
• Marketing blackout: All promotional emails, SMS messages, and bonus notifications are suspended for the entire duration of your self-exclusion. We will not attempt to re-engage you with gambling content.
• Balance returned: Any remaining balance in your tbazze account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you promptly, typically within 3–5 business days.
• Winnings forfeited: Any outstanding bonus funds or bonus-linked winnings will be voided at the time of self-exclusion, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
• Re-registration prevention: During an active self-exclusion, tbazze will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the creation of a new account using the same identity credentials or payment details.
